Walker’s Court
Within the apartments at the new Walker’s Court development in Soho, we worked with Architect’s Soda Studio to create a contemporary material palette and design for the kitchens, bathrooms, dressing rooms and window surrounds. Cool grey melamines and natural Oak were used throughout, a perfect balance between practical durability and a sleek modern aesthetic.

Located in the heart of vibrant Soho, the new mixed-use development of Walker’s Court by Soda Studio features retail spaces, offices, an award-winning theatre, and a selection of contemporary apartments.
In the kitchens, grey, super-matt melamine cabinetry complements the exposed concrete floor, and a slim-profile Corian worktop in Glacier White completes the contemporary aesthetic. Variations such as the waterfall edge detail on the worktop, and a window in place of the splash back add personality & character to each apartment.
The window surrounds perfectly frame the view down to the bustling Soho streets below, using natural Oak that adds warmth to an otherwise cool and contemporary space. The ledges created also offer opportunities for displaying items and artifacts, allowing residents to further personalise the space.
In the bathrooms, greys and white again emphasize the modern aesthetic. We used Glacier White Corian illuminated by recessed LEDs to create the glowing niche under the mirrored cabinets, as well as adding Corian niches for storage in the showers.
The dressing rooms add a sense of luxury to the apartments, with the beautiful grain of natural Oak taking centre stage. Integrated LED’s highlight the warmth of the Oak, pared-back detailing maximises storage space and continues the contemporary design throughout each apartment.
