The Lemon Tree House
The kitchen forms the heart of the home in this 2 bed flat reconfiguration & refurbishment in south-east London. The iconic, bright yellow accent splashback is offset against the matt black doors & panels, and Glacier White Corian worktops. Natural Oak is used throughout, offering a warmth and character to the internal spaces, including the custom internal doors. Every inch of space has been utilised to offer maximum storage in a compact space.

A complimentary material palette of Oak, matt-black spray work and Glacier White Corian create a sophisticated contemporary aesthetic, whilst the yellow, back-painted glass splash-back adds a pop of colour. The Corian worktop wraps the entire kitchen, forming a seamless, white ribbon, that ties everything together.
Custom built media storage maximises the use of the available space and ceiling height, whilst the contrast of Oak, dark grey Valchromat and white sprayed doors compliments the other fitted joinery and finishes within the property.
Exposed Oak cabinets and bed reveal are used to break up the massing of the light sprayed doors that conceal two full walls of storage, essential when space is at a premium. These are highlighted by the soft back-lighting.
